About McPhee Corporate Services

McPhee Corporate Services was established in Perth in 2022 to provide experienced, independent support to organisations facing growth, reform or operational complexity. Its foundations rest on 27 years of legal-industry experience and a practical understanding of governance, financial administration and organisational responsibility.

MCS’s formative engagement involved a substantial rebuilding program for an Aboriginal corporation. The work required records reconstruction, governance reform, operational restructuring, long-term planning and close collaboration with directors, Elders, members and external advisers. That engagement led to the appointment of MCS principal Sam McPhee as an Independent Director.

Since then, the work has expanded to include board restructuring, improved governance systems, federal grant funding, commercial stakeholder engagement and support for major mining-related agreements. The measure of success is not a polished report—it is an organisation that is stronger, more accountable and better equipped to serve its community.
