After 27 years in the legal industry—driving innovation, strengthening organisations, and delivering results—I reached a defining moment in 2022. That moment led to the creation of MCS, a firm built on experience, purpose, and a commitment to advancing meaningful outcomes.

From its inception, MCS was designed to provide high-level strategic support to organisations in need of stability, structure, and sustainable growth. Our early engagement with an Aboriginal corporation exemplifies this. MCS was entrusted with a significant rebuilding process, requiring rigorous governance, operational restructuring, and long-term planning. Through focused leadership and a collaborative approach, we achieved a successful transformation.

Following this work, I was appointed as an Independent Director of the corporation, expanding our ability to deliver measurable and lasting impact. Under this leadership, the corporation secured several federal grants, established improved governance systems, and executed major mining agreements—each aligned to benefit the organisation and its community well into the future.
