Experience in practice

Sam McPhee brings 27 years of legal-support, practice-administration, trust-account and governance experience to MCS. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Paralegal.

His work with Aboriginal corporations has included organisational reconstruction, board reform, record recovery, grant funding, commercial stakeholder engagement and support for significant mining-related agreements. He serves as an Independent Director of an Aboriginal corporation and works directly with boards, Elders, members and professional advisers.

Sam’s approach is deliberately practical: understand the organisation, stabilise what matters, document the work properly and build systems that remain useful after the engagement concludes.
