Aboriginal Corporation Advisory
Our principal area of work is supporting Aboriginal corporations through growth, reform and periods of organisational pressure. We work respectfully with boards, Elders, members, management and professional advisers to restore clarity, rebuild capability and protect long-term community outcomes.
Support is tailored to each corporation and may include governance reviews, operational restructuring, records reconstruction, board support and implementation planning.
Operational & Financial Stewardship
MCS provides hands-on support where financial administration and operational discipline need strengthening. This can include financial-record review, payroll and BAS coordination, trust-account processes, reporting workflows, internal controls and liaison with accountants or auditors.
The objective is not simply to correct a problem, but to leave the organisation with reliable systems, accountable processes and stronger internal capability.
Commercial & Stakeholder Support
We assist organisations to identify and pursue appropriate grant funding, manage key stakeholder relationships, support commercial negotiations and implement major agreements—including mining-related arrangements.
